The Complex “KULATA” is situated by 30 meters from Yantra river, which propose good conditions for swimming and fishing. Hotel The hotel has 32 beds in twin, triple room and apartment all with self-dependent bath and WC.

Restaurant The restaurant has 90 seeds and offer reach assortment of Bulgarian national cooking. History 2000 years ago on this place were situated Roman’s war tower, from which warriors scouting Yantra river. In XV century there was built The Tower of Shemshi Bei – superior of Veliko Tarnovo region. Until The Bulgarian Freedom of the Turkish Yoke “The Tower” were burned two times by Bulgarian chieftains. In 1979 “The Tower” was restored and built hotel and restaurant. Museum The museum “KULATA“ is on three floors. It is the highest house on the Balkans, which is built from stones. On the first floor are presenting ethnographic expositions in two parts. First part exhibit field tools: dikania, plough, threshing machine, bee skep, vats for pressing grapes and many others. Second part exhibit tools of costumes of the people: wood loom, chakrak, vreteno and many others. All of this is illustrate also with photos from 1904 till 1924. On the second floor are situated the guestrooms and bedrooms of Shemshi Bei, By The legends The Bei is shared his bed with his 12 hanamas (wifes). The third floor has two large conference halls decorated with wood-carving and strike-iron. The halls were also used by The Central Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party. Ethnographic complex “KULATA” become the favorite residence of The Greatest hunter of Bulgaria – Pencho Kubaninski.
