The hotel-restaurant The Last Century is situated in the Renaissance quarter in the central part of Shumen. The building attracts with its XVIIIth century architecture. The house has been a cultural monument since the Renaissance – it was Racho Rachev’s home, the founder of the pedagogical education in Shumen. The house has kept the spirit of the past. Now it is renewed and restored in the old townhall style.
