The Villa is situated in the attractive mountain with a soul - Western Rhodopes – Sarnitsa town, on the shore of Dospat Dam.
The Villa’s capacity is up to 8 (eight) people. It is suitable for family holidays as well as for friends meeting.
It is equipped with everything necessary to make our guests feel at home.
The guests of the villa can use a spacious terrace, an open barbecue - "Rhodope’s Tikla" style, a barbecue small house - bower, a spacious enclosed courtyard suitable for children's games, a playground area with trampoline and bicycles for free use.
In our yard, near Villa Royal, You will find our summer bar for sweet temptations, where you can refresh yourself with a wide selection of different flavours of ice cream and fresh juices, sweeten yourself with a candy-floss or doughnuts, try our delicious pizza or steamed corn, or wake yourself up with a cup of fragrant coffee.
For those wishing to explore the interior of the town of Sarnitsa, they can use an attraction-train for that purpose.
It is also thought for the water walk – a trip of Dospat Dam by a small ship.
The departure place of those attractions is close to our site.
