The villa is situated 1100 metres above sea-level in Socolovtsi village (on the mainroad between Plovdiv and Smolian, within 2 km next to Momchilovtsi village, within 9 km of ski-centre Momchilovtsi with secure transport to there and within 14 km of Pamporovo) It is suitable for all kind of tourism, rest, skiing, hunting,cheerful holidays, relaxsation and intimate meetings. There are one room with three beds, two rooms with two beds, a comfortable dining-room with multifunctional sofa, a summer garden with barbecue and car-park. There are a bath and a lavatory and a satellite television in each room. In addition you can use kitchen, sauna and ski-equipment.
