In the heart of the village, area is situated villa “Ralitsa”. The villa has a panorama view to the sea and dispose with a large porch with shade. The villa is situated 1500 m. from the wide seacoast protected through its gifts considered to be the best on the frontage due to the pleasant temperatures of the water 24 C/ 75F and lot of sunny days.
From the villa to the beach can be reached with a car, buss and bicycle or on foot for a short time.
5 km. north direction is a report town Kavarna where the most attractive and impressive places for a tourists is cap Kaliakra.
In a distance 20 km. south direction is situated resort Albena that offers a lot of short entertainment’s – windsurfing, bowling, tennis, volleyball, football and many other that could be used at any convenient time.
Approximately 15 km. south direction is situated resort town Balchik. One of the most attractive and impressive places for tourists in the town is the complex “The Palace” famous with its botanical garden. There are in the garden fruit trees that together with trellised vine ensued shade and coolness in the hot summer days. The area is calm, quiet and offers ideal opportunity for a complex rest.
On the first floor of the villa is a comfortable kitchen and dinning room with a large table. There is also room with two beds and is independent WC and bathroom.
Kitchen is furnished with a cooker, refrigerator, grill, coffee machine and all necessary appliances for cooking and eating.
An inside ladder leads to the second floor where are two rooms with a big terrace, and other bathroom and WC .
The one room is with tree beds, optional TV and the other with two beds. From the terraces on the second floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view to the beach and to the cap Kaliakra that is the most of Bulgarian Black Sea and tourist attraction.
In the inner courtyard of the villa is situated 1 car-park place. Near to villa “Ralitsa” is a mini market with a big choice of different articles and a restaurant.
