The three-floor country-house is fenced, weii protected, with private yard and a parking. On the first floor one may enjoy a winter garden, a hall with upholstred furniture, a TV set, a fireplace. Here the dining room and the kitchen are located.
On the second floor there are: 1 DBL with an entrance hall and a bathroom with shower cabin; 2 apartments, each with a hall with upholstred furniture, a bedroom, a bathroom with a bath.
On the third floor there are 1 DBL, one 3-bed apartment and one 4 bed appartment. All of them have its own bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with modern furniture and TV sets. On the ground floor there are a sauna and lobby with table tennis.
