The high mountain house of the Gerzilovs' is located in the village of Stoykite in the Rhodopes Mountain, at 1425 m altitude. The natural environment of the village is extremely clean and there many sunny days all year long. The house is 6 kilometers away from the winter resort Pamporovo, 5 kilometers away from the attractive village of Shiroka Laka, 15 kilometers away from the regional center Smolian and 80 kilometers away from Plovdiv. The guests are offered: at the ground floor – folkloric dining room furnished in the local style with valuable family utensils and a fireplace. Next to the dining room is the small kitchen, which is fully equipped to prepare food. There are two separate floors in the house, each one of them consisting of one bedroom with three beds, one bedroom with two beds, one small kitchen and a bathroom. There are ten beds in total in the house. The two floors can be booked and used as two separate suites. The house is brand new; it was open to guests in 2000. There is central heating. There is an asphalt road up to the very house. Famous sites and phenomena in the region: the gorge of Trigrad, the cavern of Yagodino, the astronomic observatory on Mount Rozhen and the Dospat Dam. There is possibility to enjoy the curative mineral spring in the town of Devin, to visit the beautiful town of Smolian with the largest planetarium on the Balkan Peninsula and to see the art gallery in the village of Momchilovtsi.
