Owners of hotel complex "Yanitza" are Mr. and Mrs. Katrandjievi. Mr. Katrandjiev is a farmer who has long experience in farming. He cultivates 4000 hectares of land, taken on lease. In 1998 he was given the honourable title of "Agrobusinessman of the year" for Bulgaria. Mrs. Katrandjieva is in charge of the P.Relations. She organizes the cultural activities in the complex of "Yanitza" and she meets the guests in person. The agricultural farm of the family is in the village of Spasovo, municipality of General Toshevo, 22 kms from the hotel "Yanitza". Wheat, maize, sunflower and beans is grown there with the help of modern machinery. The farm has a vegetable garden and an orchard, sheep-farm, vineyard and bee-hives. Traditionally, the guests of "Yanitza" have the opportunity to feel the hospitality of Dimitrina and Dimitar Katrandjievi in their home. They will taste the "dobrudjanska kavarma", the yoghourt and trahana, watch bulgarian folklore in live, take part in the traditional bulgarian dances and customs, typical for this region. They will try the superb home-made bulgarian brandy with salad, made in front of their eyes of freshly picked tomatoes from the garden or pickled vegetables, made by the hostess in person. You will have unforgetable time on the lawn in front of the house, having a cup of coffee and "white jam".

2. Задължения и плащане на физически лица:
* За направени и потвърдени резервации се внася авансово в срок от 15 дни депозит от 30% от сумата на заявката.
* При анулации се удържа:
- 10% от сумата на депозита при анулации, направени 10 дни преди датата на пристигане;
- 25% от сумата на депозита при анулации, направени 7 дни преди датата на пристигане;
- 50% от сумата на депозита при анулации, направени в деня на пристигане както и банковите такси за връщането на депозита;
