Under architectural supervision, the Villa Duchess has been completely refurbished and converted into a hotel with conference facilities. The basement contains the kitchen and breakfast room, plus toilets. On the ground floor, there are two adjoining conference rooms (25+35m2), the reception desk and office. There are four bedrooms on the first floor and another four on the second floor. Half of the bedrooms face the sea. All rooms are provided with hot and cold running (drinking) water, electricity and air conditioning (with summer and winter settings). All the bedrooms are double-glazed and have an en suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. Each room is also furnished with: *a double bed with a firm mattress
