The Mini-complex "Green Hills" consists of 6 houses, a swimming pool, a playground and a barbeque near the swimming pool. Each house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen, a large lounge and also an air conditioner, satellite, signal security equipment, rent-a-car. The mini-complex is located in the Yunets village, 10 kilometers north of the town of Byala town, at the feet of the Stara Planina Mountain. In the region are located 3 Reservation parks: Biospheric Reservation park "Kamchia" under the UNESCO protection, “Valchi Dol” and “Kirov Dol”.
