The Site is 75 kilometers from both Sofia and Plovdiv and at mere 18 kilometers from the winter ressort known as Borovetz. The town of Dolna Banya lies at 650 meters above sea level on the north-east slopes of the Rila mountaine. Dolna Banya (meaning “bath in the low”) is famous for its mineral springs, wich are the source of the thermal water having a vast span of curing effects. The spring water temperature is 67,8 ˚C. It is successfully used in treatment of number of diseases: rheumatic, skin and cardiovascular diseases, disorders of the respiratory, degestive, muscular, nervous and genital systems. Mother Nature has bestowed the pldce with a crystal-clear highly ionizited air, free from stressful temperature fluctations. The hotel comprises 7 single rooms, 8 double rooms, 4 deluxe rooms (2+1), 2 small suites and 2 large deluxe suites.
