HOUSE-MOTEL-RESTAURANT STARIAT DAB /THE OLD OAK/
The base we have prepared for you is a middle-sized villa type house, located at 8 km away from the town of Asenovgrad and at 25 km away from the town of Plovdiv in the center of the small but historically significant village of Lyaskovo, in the Rhodopi Mountain, at 730 m above the sea level. To reach the house you have to take the road from Plovdiv to Asenovgrad and Pamporovo. On the way out of Asenovgrad there is an intersection to the right leading to "Asenovata Krepost" /The Asenova Fortress/ - a historical place. Keep going up and the first village on the way is Lyaskovo. In the very center of this village is located HOUSE-MOTEL-RESTAURANT STARIAT DAB.
There is a dining and amusement room on the first floor of the villa. It begins with a summer garden, which offers marvelous barbeque and 32 seats. We proceed to the winter hall, which offers 25 seats; the refreshment bar is situated here. Proceeding further to the third part of the establishment we will find a small banquet /intimate/ hall, there is a fireplace in it which may be lit at your will.
Food, alcohol and soft drinks arc served in the restaurant as well as coffee, tea, etc. Your food is cooked by specialists. In the restaurant you may lit the candles if you wish, you may choose the music you will listen to, and keep the fire going in the fireplace on your own. There is a children playground with seesaws and other children amusements in the summer garden. On the next floor there arc the bedrooms, auxiliary premises and bathroom and WC. This floor is intended especially for you - it is suitable for your family, for a couple or a whole company who do not want to be disturbed by anyone.
In the first bedroom - called Lily - there is a double bed and a single one. There is also a colour TV.
In the second bedroom - called Edelweiss - there are two double couch-beds and a single bed as well as a TV.
In the kitchen there is one more double bed and a single bed. There is also TV there. You may use the auxiliary premises for anything you want.
In the southern part of the villa there is a spacious veranda with marvelous barbeque. Here, you may spend unforgettable nights in the company of cooks-specialists, musicians or showmen. The veranda is 2 m broad and a company of 10-15 people may comfortably spend their time there.
The heating system is combined in conformity with the mountain conditions - firewood, gas and electricity.

To discover new experiences, to visit Monastery of Bachkovo, Krastova Gora /Cross Forest/ and all historical places in Bulgaria accompanied by specialist guide - interpreter. The excursions are organized by us at your desire to all directions in the country.
